The pace at which you advance will depend partly on our needs, but also on your performance.

Keys to Success

To fit in well with our team you will be diligent and focused while working, saving the socializing for breaks. The work involves a lot of detail, so we minimize distractions. It also helps as people multitask; if you are more comfortable finishing one activity at a time before moving on to the next, this isn't the position or you. However, if you take pride in your ability to keep a lot of balls in the air without letting any drop, this could be a great role for you.

To excel in this role you will be a master of tracking and following through on tasks. Maybe you keep a written task list handy, or enter tasks into your smartphone. However you do it, you should assume ownership of getting each one done in a timely manner.

In addition, in order to be an outstanding Case Manager Assistant, you will:
  • Take a proactive approach to getting up to speed quickly, including taking the initiative to ask questions.
  • Pay robust attention to details, but also understand the big picture and why the details are important.
  • Follow our processes, which are proven to be effective, but also keep an eye out for ways to improve efficiencies.
  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, particularly when interacting with clients.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable as priorities change.
  • Achieve goals independently but also contribute as a team player.
